Many of my clients come in feeling anxious in their relationships, caught in cycles of people-pleasing and frustration. And although they’re confident in many other areas of life, relationships can feel confusing, draining, or even out of reach.

In our work together, we’ll prioritize learning to listen to your own needs with compassion. We’ll explore your relationship patterns and how the behaviors that may have once protected you could be keeping you stuck today. I’ll help you build self-worth that doesn’t depend on others and support you to express your truth with more confidence.

My hope is that you’ll begin to recognize and choose more secure relationships to help you feel valued, understood, and connected.

Couples Counseling

The couples I work with often feel stuck in cycles of miscommunication, conflict, or distance. They want reconnection, but are unsure how to bridge the gap. Using an attachment-based approach, we’ll slow down, explore patterns that could be negatively impacting your relationship, and discuss opportunities for change. This work often leads couples to understand each other’s needs more clearly. Eventually, they begin to notice changes such as communicating more effectively, showing empathy for one another, and feeling reconnected.
